The company, Endeavor Explorations Inc., was established on July 13, 2005, in the state of Nevada. The company officially became a publicly traded company under the trading symbol EAVR on April 19, 2007.

The company changed its name to Mobile Data Corp Inc. and began trading under MBYL on January 6, 2010, after acquiring a GPS technology on October 27, 2009. The company later acquired additional technology on August 9, 2011, which included additional intellectual property patents.


On March 19, 2014, the company changed its name to GeoTraq Inc. and began trading under the GTRQ after securing a license to develop and commercialize a new location technology. The company changed its name to GoTraq on October 13, 2016 to develop a unique graphene technology.

On March 12, 2018, the company changed its name to MJ Venture Partners Inc. and began trading under the symbol MJVP. On April 30, 2019, the company changed its name to Nvest Inc. trading under the symbol NVES.


On June 1, 2021, the company changed its name to Traack Technologies Inc. with plans to develop satellite enabled location technology similar to GPS. The company began working with multiple satellite operators, hardware engineers and software developers and contract manufactures.
